My Path to Online Business Support
Back in 2008, I started offering tech support (especially WordPress) to overwhelmed entrepreneurs who had big vision but no systems. Over time, I became the go-to person for solving tech headaches and untangling launch chaos … not only fixing things, but making business feel lighter.
In 2020, I became a Certified Online Business Manager (OBM) and discovered how much I love helping others build intentional, scalable systems that actually support their business goals.
