About Kimberly

A Certified Online Business Manager, I primarily help coaches, bloggers, and creatives free themselves up to concentrate on their zone of genius by managing their day-to-day projects, operations, team members, and metrics, so they don’t have to. I bring with me many years of experience offering writing, editing, social media/marketing management, and tech services, plus a background in music, theatre, education, and admin.

My first experience in the online space was setting up and writing on my informative website for homeschoolers in my province, HomeschoolinginNovaScotia.com where I help empower fellow parents to homeschool their children as a homeschool coach. In addition, I have written articles for various publications. I have provided editing and writing services for various clients, including ghostwriting (blogs, books, and print publications), website copy, newsletters, and promotions. Besides writing, I have edited dozens of books, especially nonfiction but also science fiction and fantasy. Although I live in Canada, many of my clients are American and I am well versed in U.S. syntax and spelling.

As a social media manager, I have advanced to expert knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. I have created, set up, and managed various social media accounts for clients and run Facebook ads. I keep up with the latest in social media and SEO and offer a social media management course.

I love podcasting and besides launching my own, have set up and managed client podcasts (including planning, editing, sourcing guests, publishing, marketing), and perform podcast audits to determine what’s missing and how my clients can improve.

A WordPress aficionado, I specialize in working with clients who have WordPress websites. I set up landing pages and entire websites and offer a WordPress Protection Package to my clients to monitor, backup, secure, and update their websites.
